The Transmitter Power Supply is a rugged military grade module with fast current response able to feed two independently impulsive load as transmitters.
Starting from 385V it generates two 32V output able to deliver current pulses up to 14A for 6ms each 50ms this kind of supply is generally used to feed RF final stage of antenna.
The TPS module is integrated in an IP67 small size aluminum container, made from solid, whose function is also to transfer the heat towards the cooling plate, on the front panel there are two status LEDs of the two power supply channels and a monitoring connector from which it is possible to check the internal power supply stages.
The module is equipped with a high voltage energy buffer, a current limiting circuit allows the parallelization of several modules on the same power supply line by limiting the current during recharging and finally a fast conversion stage delivers the output voltages.
Designed to be assembled in parallel, they are designed to be cooled by a cooling plate with [-19 ÷ +55]°C operating temperature and [-40 ÷ +71]°C storage temperature.
The TSP structure is made of aluminum alloy of the 5000 and 6000 series equipped with conductive anticorrosion treatment Surtec 650, in accordance with MIL DTL 5541F Class III.
Fully qualified MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461F the TPS module is suitable for applications that require fast current response and reliability in military environment.
REACH, ROHS and CE marking compliance.
Environmental Stress Screening service available on demand.
